fantastic stay!
central locationfriendly staffspacious room
i loved the central location near southern cross station it made my travels easy trams were super accessible i also appreciated the friendly staff they helped with everything i needed. the room was spacious and had awesome kitchen facilities it seemed like home i used the gym it was not crowded
the water pressure in the shower was not great.

the external windows were really dirty! internal windows in my room had kids fingerprints all over them. the cold label on the bathroom tap kept falling off. our bathroom flooded also. i wasn't charged breakfast for the inconvenience, though being tired from lack of sleep on my one day was not ideal.

i found the location quite convenient. everything was within a comfortable walking distance (, made exploring easy). the tv in the bedroom allowed me to unwind after a long day. i really appreciated the option to request housekeeping with a button.
the bar closed early, so i couldn't get a drink after a show. i wish there were more late-night options.

The location was GREAT. The room was very quiet. The bed was comfortable.
The bar closed REALLY early. Staff had NO interest in helping us find another bar nearby. Breakfast staff had no idea what was going on.
